Admission Procedure & Rules
 

 
   
Eligibility for Admission (B.Sc Nursing - 4 years course)  

A Candidate seeking admission should have passed 10+2/PUC/PDC examination or equivalent as recognised by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, with science subjects, Viz., Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Candidate must have secured minimum 45% (Forty-five percent) in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination.

 
   
Application & prospectus could be obtained from the college office with the payment of Rs. 300/- or sent by DD drawn in favour of the college/ or can be downloaded from the website.  
   
The duly filled in application along with the necessary documents should be submitted to the college office.  
a) One photostat copy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination 10+2/PUC/PDC
b) One photostat copy of the SSLC certificate showing the date of birth
c) 4 latest Passport Size Photos.
d) One photostat copy of SC/ST certificate duly certified (if applicable)
e) Conduct Certificates from the Head of the institution last attended
f) Medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner
g) Migration Certificate from the University (students from outside Karnataka)
 
   
 
   
General Information & Rules  
1) The candidates shall bear all expenses in connection with the selection of interview. They will have to make their own arrangement for accommodation during the interview.
2) The provisionally selected candidates after the interview will be intimated about the fees payable to the institution.
3) Selection-intimation-letter is to be surrendered to the college office at the time of paying fees.
4) Admission secured on the basis of false information supplied shall stand cancelled and the fees forfeited.
5) All communications with office in connection with the application will be entertained only when the application number is quoted. All communications from the college will be made if a self addressed stamped envelope is enclosed.
6) Admission granted is provisional to:
 
a) The payment of all fees payable to the institution.
b) Submission of all certificate to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in case of Non-Karnataka State Students
c) Submission of all certificates and testimonials in original as per requirement.
d) Medical fitness Clearance Certificate. from registered Medical Practitioner.
 
   
Rules And Regulations  
1) A student must produce the identity card issued whenever demanded by the college officials.
2) Disciplinary action will be taken against any student found in possession of or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3) Ragging is a cognisable offence and those who indulge in, even encourage it, will be handed over to the Police.
4) Insubordination inattention, neglect of work unbecoming languages or conduct, obscenity in word or deed render a student liable to temporary or permanent dismissal.
5) Boys & Girls are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and maturity. They must observe norms of decency and propriety.
6) The campus must be kept clean at all times. Littering with wrappers, waste paper, defacing the walls or desks, damaging college property etc. are offences liable for punishment.
7) The students should not be involved himself / herself in any unlawful activities that violates the decorum, discipline and dignity of the college.
